Your order will be ready to ship in 1-2 business days after your purchase and you will receive it in 3-5 business days. During intense shopping season, delivery times may vary due to the workload of shipping companies. (Note: Because of COVID, wait times may be longer than normal)
How can I track my order?
You will get a tracking number related to your order via email after it has been dispatched. You can track your order from DHL's official website.
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns 30 days after your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Although we give our best for you to have a great shopping experience, unfortunately, such incidents can happen, albeit rarely, due to reasons beyond our scope, but don't worry. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. According to damage and your choice, we can send you a replacement or we can give you a partial refund.

Can I visit your shop?
We do not currently offer store visits, but we are extremely grateful for your interest in our company. From time to time we develop and publish online videos and picture that cover notable aspects of our designs, production process and store. Can I change or cancel my order?
We do our best to make your order ready as quickly as possible. But we will try to accommodate any order change or cancellation. Please email us at email@example.com, this is the quickest way to reach us. Please be sure to include your order number and let us know what changes you need or the reason you cancel. We will be sure let you know, as soon as possible, even if we are able to make any change or cancellation about your order or not.
I never got any confirmation email. What should I do now?
This kind of situation may have occured for a couple of reasons.
- The email address entered should be inccorrect.
- The order was never actually placed and processed.
